Job Summary

  • Define, implement, and maintain RTS Element Standards covering driver competency, vehicle fitness, journey management, and emergency response.
  • Conduct regular audits and gap analyses to ensure compliance with RTS standards and develop corrective action plans for non-compliant partners.
  • Serve as the lead administrator for the IVMS platform, manage vendor relations, and generate comprehensive reports correlating IVMS behaviors with RTS Element compliance.
