Base: $118,705.62 - $201,799.54 annually; Bonus: Eligible based on association and personal performance; Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k match, PTO, and wellness programs

5+ years product owner or data manager experience
Strong understanding of data management tools
Proficiency in Agile methodologies and Azure DevOps
Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
Experience with API and complex network dependencies

Background in Farm Credit or Financial Services
Strong interpersonal relationship building skills
Analytical and statistical evaluation skills
