Key Requirements

  • 8+ years experience leading technology transformation programs
  • 6+ years management or internal consulting experience
  • 5+ years experience leading, managing, coaching staff
  • Expertise in Sales, Service, Marketing, Omni-channel, CX, Tech Delivery, or Operations
  • Significant experience managing C-suite customer relationships
  • Bachelor's degree required
