Job Summary

  • As a Senior IT Customer Support Analyst, you will plan, install, troubleshoot, and perform maintenance on communications and Information Technology (IT) systems in support of the U.S. Department of State mission in Iraq.
  • Support and maintain the Embassy network in accordance with the PWS/SOW and provide help desk support to staff and subcontractors as required.
