Job Summary

• The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center (OSUWMC) Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Health is seeking several faculty members (open rank) to join our Department to complement our current strengths and enhance our research mission.
• Our ideal candidates are clinically- or mechanistically- oriented researcher(s) whose research program focuses on understanding ways to use statistical and or computational approaches in ONE OR MORE of the following areas: (1) to better understand root causes (mechanisms) of mental health conditions, (2) to develop and evaluate tools for more accurate and rapid diagnosis, (3) to evaluate and implement statistical knowledge to enhance knowledge of mental health diseases and care, and/or (4) to evaluate the effectiveness of mental health treatments using diverse clinical trial designs.
• Individuals in these positions are expected to contribute to training, research, and other scholarly pursuits.
