MOH Holdings Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Foundation Model Architect and Engineer for their SIMFONI project, which focuses on deploying large language models (LLMs) to enhance Singapore's healthcare system. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in AI and ML, particularly in the context of healthcare, and will oversee engineering work across multiple teams to ensure successful model development and integration.

Job Summary
The role involves end-to-end oversight of the engineering work of LLM model development and deployment, focusing on LLM architecture and training while overseeing data architecture and pipelines, infrastructure and high-performance computing, as well as the model testing and evaluation.
This role will also be responsible for setting up and driving agile processes to ensure alignment, visibility, and progress across the technical implementation distributed among multiple working partners, including Singapore healthcare clusters, universities as well as research institutions.
Ensuring engineering work meets standards for security, data privacy and other compliance requirements in Singapore Healthcare (e.g. PDPA, HealthTech Instruction Manual (HIM)).

Key Requirements
