Job Summary

  • The Office of the State Auditor is seeking a Staff Auditor I to serve on our Rapid Response Division, assisting with investigations and performance audits to strengthen accountability and enhance transparency and efficiency of North Carolina government programs.
  • As part of the team, you will plan and complete audits, speak with auditees and management, conduct on-site fieldwork, review and analyze source records, and document findings and recommendations.
