Integer is seeking a Manager of Continuous Improvement who will drive operational excellence and foster a lean culture within the organization. Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this role is to be a site change agent responsible for driving improvement through all functions of the Plant Leadership Team.
  • The position requires leading the annual Hoshin Planning process to identify site breakthrough opportunities and create a transformation plan for world-class operational performance.
