Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree with scientific, technical, or business focus
Extensive experience within Patient Safety
Extensive experience leading complex global programs/portfolios
Led end-to-end delivery of change management activities globally
Advanced proficiency in portfolio analytics and reporting
Demonstrated leadership in matrix environments
Track record crafting concise proposals
Ability to engage internal and external partners
Experience leading budgets at a portfolio/program level ($50M+)
Experience building demand/capacity models
Strong analytical, problem solving, writing and communication skills
