Job Summary

  • As a Night Shift Supervisor (22:00 – 06:00) at our Grimbergen Distribution Center, you are responsible and accountable for the planning, leadership, and operational excellence of a team of approximately 30 employees, including 2 Team Leads.
  • Your scope covers all warehouse activities, ranging from highly automated zones to conventional storage areas.
  • Working alongside your Team Leads, you will strive to meet productivity and quality targets, while maintaining a strong focus on safety, team development, and continuous process improvement.
