This role manages the creation, maintenance, and storage of resident medical records in accordance with HIPAA and regulatory guidelines while coordinating with nursing, therapy, and administrative teams.
The position includes overseeing electronic health record systems, handling record requests, training staff, and supporting survey readiness and regulatory inquiries.
