  • Functions as part of the hemodialysis health care team to ensure provision of quality patient care in accordance with FMC policies and procedures.
  • Directs and monitors patient care staff, implements treatment prescriptions, and provides patient education regarding renal disease and dialysis therapy.
  • Maintains safe and sanitary treatment environment while adhering to compliance programs and actively participates in continuous quality improvement activities.

Key Requirements

  • ICU experience preferred
  • CPR Certification
  • Successful completion of hemodialysis training course
  • Ishihara Color Blindness test compliance
  • ICD-9 coding training
