Job Summary

  • Scrape, wash, sanitize, and properly store all china, flatware, glassware, utensils, and other kitchen equipment in accordance with Legends Global standards and Health Department regulations.
  • Provide assistance to Front of House as needed due to event volume, including setting up breakdown stations and assisting in plating.
