Job Summary

  • The successful candidate will validate payroll inputs and outputs from external vendors to ensure accurate statutory calculations.
  • Candidates must possess an unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica and be available to work on-site three days per week.

Must-have

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 2+ years of hands-on payroll experience in Costa Rica
  • Unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica
  • English proficiency at B2 level minimum
