Salary

Base: $10,000.00 - $15,000.00 monthly; Bonus/Equity: Commission based off department/net and bonuses based on manufacturer approvability and department production; Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Paid Holidays & PTO, 401(k)

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 2-3 years Assistant Service Manager experience
  • Toyota brand experience highly preferred
  • Schedule and assign daily work objectives
  • Conduct vehicle walk arounds for assessment
  • Maintain service drive supplies and inventory

Nice-to-have

  • Spanish speaking capability preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
  • Team player focused on exemplary service
  • Ability to multi-task in fast paced environment
  • Basic mechanical understanding of automobiles

Key Requirements

  • 2-3 years previous Assistant Service Manager or Service Manager experience
  • Valid driver's license in state of residence
  • High School graduate or equivalent required
  • Acceptable driving record required
  • 18 years or older required
