• This person will be part of the North America Private Equity funds team within Mercer’s Alternative Investments Group, reporting to the Head of Private Equity for North America.
• We will count on you to proactively source new fund investments opportunities in private equity and generate actionable insights into the private equity markets.

Salary

Base: $140,500 to $281,000; Bonus/Equity: May be eligible for performance-based incentives; Benefits: Competitive total rewards package including health and welfare, tuition assistance, 401K, retirement programs, employee assistance programs

• MBA, CFA, CAIA or equivalent experience preferred
• 8+ years of experience
• Strong background in investment analysis
• Demonstrated analytical capabilities
• Excellent writing and communication skills
