The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily care and services in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan.
Employees must ensure that all resident room preparations are complete, including making beds and greeting new residents upon arrival.
Staff are required to observe and report pressure areas, skin breakdowns, and any injuries of an unknown source to prevent decubitus ulcers.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Assist residents with daily hygiene functions
Monitor and report changes in resident condition
Maintain confidentiality of protected health information
Perform lifting and moving of residents up to 25 pounds
Document care entries in notes and incident reports

Cooperate with inter-departmental personnel
Participate in regularly scheduled nursing meetings
Key Requirements
High school education or equivalent
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products
