The role involves assisting the Maintenance Manager in overseeing all maintenance and operation of facilities, supervising technicians, and coordinating tenant fit-out works.

Key Requirements
Degree in Building Services or Electrical Engineering
6 years post qualification experience in commercial developments
Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker (Grade B or above) preferred
