Job Summary

  • Lead, coach, and support a team of P2P support analysts, ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery and effective prioritization of daily work.
  • Provide functional support for Oracle EBS R12 across the entire Procure to Pay flow (AP, Purchasing, iProcurement, Payments) with the ability to troubleshoot cross-module impacts.
  • Experience working within ServiceNow and Azure DevOps, with a strong understanding of ITSM / ITIL practices (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request Management).

Key Requirements

  • 4+ years of Oracle EBusiness Suite R12 P2P experience
  • Strong functional expertise in AP, Purchasing, iProcurement, Payments, Expenses
  • Experience with ServiceNow and Azure DevOps
  • Solid understanding of relational databases and SQL
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance, Economics, or equivalent relevant experience
  • Fluent English & Romanian required
