The Assistant Project Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end billing, cost tracking, and commercial aspects of interior fit-out projects.
Key responsibilities include preparing RA bills, final bills, client invoices, tracking project costs, verifying BOQs, and coordinating with vendors and clients.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Management with 3-6 years of experience in billing/costing for interior fit-out projects.
