Job Summary

  • As a Valuation Services Director, you will perform top-tier valuation services to obtain new and retain top clients.

Salary

100% commission-based compensation; Bonus: This position is eligible for an annual bonus, based on company and individual performance; Benefits: employer subsidized medical benefits including RX, dental, vision as well as employer paid basic life/AD&D insurance and short-term / long-term disability. Employees are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan, which includes an employer match. Employees will also receive 10 days of sick leave, along with twelve weeks (for birth parents) and 4 weeks (for non-birth parents, including adoptive/foster parents) for paid parental leave which will be available for use after successful completion of 90 days of employment.

Key Requirements

  • MAI Designation required
  • 10+ years of related work experience
  • Bachelor’s degree plus completion of advanced appraisal class curriculum (preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Team player mentality with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to deliver excellent client service across the organization and with external partner
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
