Job Summary

  • Lead the People Organization agenda for the Argentina GCC, ensuring scalable, efficient, and continuously evolving People practices in a fast-growing, cross-border environment.
  • Act as a strategic People partner to business leaders, providing guidance on local labor framework, market practices, and cultural dynamics, influencing remotely and building strong cross-geography relationships.
  • Lead and continuously evolve the People Partner team structure, reassess roles and responsibilities, and build capability toward a more data-driven, scalable People function.
