Job Summary

• Familiarize yourself with the company's various products and application solutions, including hardware and software products such as industrial application computers, boards, systems, peripherals, and software products like Microsoft Windows, Ubuntu, Trellix, Acronis, and WisePaaS/DeviceOn.
• Assist and recommend pre-sales sample matching and assembly testing, including operating systems, software, and peripherals required for customer product applications, and provide technical knowledge transfer (training) to customers for smooth product implementation.
• Assist and clarify customer needs and issues when using Advantech products, provide suitable solutions and suggestions, and offer customers a good user experience and service.
