Job Summary

  • Process and reconcile daily financial activity across multiple platforms, including ACH returns, chargebacks, refunds, and member payments.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve payment discrepancies and maintain clean, accurate records.
  • Support occasional holiday and weekend on-call rotations, as well as overtime during peak periods or when needed for special projects.
