  • This position serves as the primary liaison between students, Broadcast leadership, and crewers, ensuring students receive a high quality, growth oriented experience.
  • The Coordinator manages the full life cycle of the student experience—outreach, recruitment, onboarding, training coordination, scheduling oversight, feedback collection, and sustained development.
