The Student Experience Coordinator is responsible for recruiting, developing, and supporting student workers across all Broadcast teams.
This position serves as the primary liaison between students, Broadcast leadership, and crewers, ensuring students receive a high quality, growth oriented experience.
The Coordinator manages the full life cycle of the student experience—outreach, recruitment, onboarding, training coordination, scheduling oversight, feedback collection, and sustained development.

3 years’ media production experience
10+ years’ media production experience
