The Part-Time Ticket Seller will be the first point of contact for guests purchasing tickets to our events, providing exceptional service while handling ticket sales, exchanges, and general inquiries.
Essential duties include processing single ticket sales, answering questions concerning admission fees and policies, resolving customer concerns, and managing Will-Call window operations.
This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle cash and credit card transactions accurately in a fast-paced environment.
