Job Summary
Responsible for the execution of preventive and corrective service and maintenance of equipment and devices, in accordance with the service contract established with the Client.
Maintain close contact with the client, or their representative, to coordinate services, clarify doubts, queries, and provide necessary technical support.
Responsible for preparing and completing daily service reports, clearly and concisely detailing work performed, hours used, etc., which must be signed by the client upon completion.
