Job Summary

• Provide day to day leadership, direction, and support to the hotel’s commercial functions, ensuring strong collaboration, accountability, and alignment across Sales, Catering and Conference Services, Public Relations, Revenue Management, Reservations, and Marketing.
• Drive commercial strategies that support revenue growth, market share, and profitability, while ensuring business is optimised across key segments and revenue streams.
• Coach, develop, and inspire team members to perform at a high level, while building capability, supporting succession, and fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, agility, and care.
