• The A220 commercial aircraft Program is looking an Operation Manager to join our paint shop operation team based in Mirabel (Québec, Canada), where you will be able to exercise your leadership while respecting the company's vision and values.
• You will be part of the Paint Shop Management team, responsible for coaching a team to develop their talent, and for managing their workload and individual performance.
• The role involves ensuring continuous improvement, notably through the application of the problem-solving process, as well as identifying, documenting, and standardizing key processes leading to the achievement of objectives.
