Base: $160,300.00 - $297,700.00; Bonus/Equity: performance-based cash incentive and eligibility for annual equity awards; Benefits: comprehensive benefits package including health, life and disability benefits, a 401(k) with company contribution and match, and generous time off package

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Engineering, or Management
Minimum 10 years’ experience in manufacturing, technical operations, or supply chain management in pharma or life sciences
