Job Summary

  • Act as the China legal counsel for export control and sanctions (EC&S) and local EC&S Officer (LECO) to establish the Compliance governance and ensure the end-to-end implementation and continuous improvement of the EC&S Internal Management Compliance Program (IMCP) across all Roche Pharmaceuticals China affiliates and sites.
  • Provide timely, solution-oriented legal advice to support commercial goals, review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, and participate in business meetings to identify potential legal risks.

Key Requirements
