Job Summary
Provide leadership and expertise across the controllership and finance functions on acquisition and divestiture executions, integration and other related business development projects.
Act as the central point of contact for accounting matters related to acquisitions & divestitures, including Business Combinations, Purchase Accounting, and due diligence.
Lead internal control assessments during due diligence, identify detailed acquisition integration timelines and track progress towards completion.
