Job Summary

  • Responsible for multiple systems on Technical, Health Care or Industrial projects and lead fully engineered estimates up to $5M.
  • Understand the concepts and process of conceptual estimates and budgets up to $1M and review the scope specified within the proposal.
  • Develop detailed cost estimates and proactively identify deficiencies and/or questions; actively assist the project team toward the answers.

Key Requirements

  • Four year Construction/Engineering degree or equivalent
  • 2 or more years of experience with commercial electrical contractor
  • 1+ years recent Electrical Estimating experience
  • On-screen take-off experience preferred
  • Computer literate and able to master department systems
