Job Summary
The Director of Operations will provide leadership and operational management for the Arkansas Food Innovation Center at the Market Center of the Ozarks (AFIC@MCO).
Specific Responsibilities include coordinating and managing daily operations, budget, personnel, and programming, as well as providing innovative leadership in engaging food entrepreneurs and industry partners.
The Director will also develop and manage a volunteer program, track performance metrics, and participate in grant development and fundraising activities.
