Your mission is to direct customer support for engines delivered throughout the commissioning and acceptance phase, to ensure that deadline and service quality objectives for the programs are met

Job Summary

  • Your mission is to direct customer support for engines delivered throughout the commissioning and acceptance phase, to ensure that deadline and service quality objectives for the programs are met.
  • You will supervise all commissioning operations for engines delivered to the customer during the acceptance phase, ensuring reporting on technical, contractual and quality issues, and anticipating risks to keep within the expected delivery window.
  • You will carry out technical monitoring on all performance, quality and regulatory compliance data for all Pratt & Whitney engines held by the customer, analyzing deviations and anticipating industrial problems and actions during engine commissioning.
