Job Summary
This position supports the Medication Safety team in ensuring regulatory compliance across community, specialty, and home delivery pharmacy service lines within the Ohio market.
The role involves leading proactive assessments across hospitals, ambulatory centers, and Family Health Centers while preparing for surveys and audits.
Caregivers will work Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 4pm with no holidays or on-call responsibilities, and can work three days from home after 90 days.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree required
Five years specialized experience in Health Systems/Regulatory work
Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) via PTCB or NHA
Active registration with Ohio Board of Pharmacy as Certified Pharmacy Technician
Must update registration status to Certified within six months if currently Registered or Trainee
