Job Summary
The Senior Associate will be responsible for supporting the Capital team in preparation of daily, monthly, quarterly and annual reporting to local European Regulators.
Responsibilities include completing and accurate preparation of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reporting, analyzing financial data, performing reconciliations, and executing source system data reconciliation.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or equivalent with 2-4 years of progressive experience in banking or financial services, and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially advanced Excel and SQL.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or equivalent
2-4 years of progressive experience in banking or financial services
Familiarity with bank reporting and local German/IFRS accounting
Familiarity with European Capital Requirements Regulation (CRR) and German Banking Act (KWG)
Chartered Accountant certification (not required but beneficial)
Knowledge of Regulatory Reporting software (e.g. ABACUS DaVinci) a plus
