The primary purpose of this role is to develop, coordinate, and direct the facility's marketing and public relations programs to maintain and increase census.
The incumbent must ensure all information release policies comply with current Privacy Rules and Regulations while maintaining resident confidentiality.
This position requires preparing a departmental operating budget and serving on various facility committees as directed by the Administrator.
