Job Summary
Provide technical assistance to Airbus Customers for the complete in-service fleet of Airbus Commercial Aircraft, ensuring timely responses and recommendations to daily queries/reports.
Analyze reported in-service events or queries to identify potential impacts on safety, airworthiness, reliability, quality, cost of operations, and provide appropriate response.
Launch appropriate corrective action with the relevant program and design organisation, acting as the “voice of the customer” to ensure problem solutions are in the best interests of the customer.
