Key Requirements

  • Minimum of five years of progressive multifamily property management experience
  • Experience with Tax Credit Compliance, EIV, and HUD Section 8 subsidy programs
  • Experience with New Build Lease Up
  • Experience with Resyndication / Redevelopment
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • CAM or CPM certification preferred
  • Real Estate License preferred
  • COS, CPO, HCCP, or C3P designation preferred
