Define and scale Empower’s enterprise Third-Party Administrator channel strategy, guiding national and regional TPA relationships and leading a team of TPA Firm Channel Relationship Managers.

Base: $166,900.00 - $242,050.00; Bonus/Equity: Non-sales positions eligible for bonus program; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, PTO, paid volunteer time
