Job Summary
The Senior Officer – Cash and Voucher Assistance (CVA) will lead the delivery of high-quality and impactful CVA to disaster-affected and vulnerable populations in Cox’s Bazar and Southern Bangladesh.
This field-based position will lead the implementation of cash transfers, cash-for-work, and voucher programs including appropriate client selection, effective planning, distribution, and post-distribution monitoring ensuring alignment with IRC policies and donor requirements.
The position requires strong technical expertise in cash-based programming and livelihoods, field-level leadership, coordination with implementing partners and contributes to integrated programming across IRC’s Protection, Health, Education, and Economic Recovery and Development sectors.

Key Requirements
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience
