Job Summary

  • The successful applicant will be part of the Operations Leadership Team and will report to the Trading Operations Manager, leading and empowering a team of Trading Operators to optimize commercial value from supply and trading activities.
  • Key accountabilities include leading the Naphtha, Petchem & LPG Operations team, working closely with Traders, Finance, bp Shipping, and various functions across ST&S APME.
  • The role involves ensuring team alignment with BP Policies & Procedures, ST&S policies and standards, and supporting staff development and career plans.
