Employees must ensure the confidentiality of all resident care information including protected health information and promptly report any suspected violations.
The role requires performing specific nursing care procedures such as measuring temperatures, pulses, respirations, and assisting with personal hygiene and mobility.

Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant
Assist residents with daily living activities
Monitor and report changes in resident condition
Maintain strict patient confidentiality HIPAA
Record vital signs and intake/output data

Create warm and positive atmosphere for residents
Participate in shift meetings for service improvement
Assist with lifting turning and transporting residents
Cooperate with inter-departmental personnel effectively
Key Requirements
