This position involves leading team capacity building, recruiting staff, and guiding the team through process changes and data cleanup initiatives.

Must-have
Supervise Accounting Compliance Unit performance
Monitor period end closing and accounts review
Ensure compliance with IOM accounting regulations
Coordinate annual risk assessment profile reviews
Provide technical advice on IPSAS and WAVE Financial
Nice-to-have
Experience with international organizations preferred
Audit experience is a definite advantage
Oracle system knowledge is an advantage
Supervisory experience is desirable
Ability to propose procedural improvements
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field
Seven years of relevant professional experience
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification
Master's degree with five years of experience as alternative
Experience with Oracle systems and audit procedures
