The primary purpose of this job is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
Essential duties include using resident identification, reporting changes in condition, recording information accurately, and performing nursing care procedures as trained.
The role requires assisting residents with daily functions, maintaining their comfort and safety, and adhering to facility policies and procedures.

Key Requirements
