Oakglenpa is seeking a Home Care Aide for morning shifts to provide daily nursing care and support to residents in accordance with their care plans. The role requires a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license and involves various responsibilities, including patient assistance, monitoring health conditions, and maintaining a supportive environment.

Job Summary
Provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
Assist residents with daily functions including dental and mouth care, bath functions, combing of hair, dressing and undressing.
