  • Provides professional level support for a variety of leave-related human resources functions, performing the full spectrum of leave case management duties.
  • Collaborates with employees and managers on medical, military, and related matters, managing leave in accordance with FMLA, evaluating requests for modified duty or reasonable accommodation.
  • Works under limited supervision with considerable care and judgment to ensure compliance with relevant Federal and State regulations, Office, and County policies.
