Job Summary
Provides professional level support for a variety of leave-related human resources functions, performing the full spectrum of leave case management duties.
Collaborates with employees and managers on medical, military, and related matters, managing leave in accordance with FMLA, evaluating requests for modified duty or reasonable accommodation.
Works under limited supervision with considerable care and judgment to ensure compliance with relevant Federal and State regulations, Office, and County policies.
