Job Summary

• The Maintenance Mechanic will diagnose, adjust, repair, or overhaul diesel/gasoline tractors/trucks, and other equipment such as front-end loaders, excavators and other light- and heavy-operating equipment in support of the Facility’s overall operations.
• Key responsibilities include repairing and replacing damaged or worn parts to braking system, engines, fuel system, power train, electrical system and hydraulic system.
• In addition to salary, this role is eligible for benefits including medical, prescription drug, vision, and dental plans; 401(k) plan; paid parental leave; paid time off; and paid holidays.

• GED/HS Diploma or 3 years’ experience
• Minimum two years mechanical trade school
• Two years experience as vehicle/heavy equipment mechanic
• Ability to lift/carry 50lbs
• Ability to work from heights and in confined spaces
