Job Summary

• The Lead Maintenance Technician is responsible for diagnosing problems and making repairs in order to maintain the physical condition of the community and to ensure that service requests and repairs are made in a timely manner.

• Valid driver's license
• EPA Certification (Universal OR Type I and Type II)
• Ability to accommodate on-call schedule
